Occupy Home Decor
Written seller walkthroughs, hands-on styling and vacant staging
Occupy Home Decor is an Athens-based interior design and staging practice created by Lindsey McDonald. Its staging menu distinguishes an occupied seller walkthrough with a written recap, hands-on work with existing pieces, and vacant staging with rental furnishings.
The editorial take
From a written room plan to a fully staged home
The choice here is how much help you need after the walkthrough. A seller comfortable doing the work can ask about the recap report; an owner on a deadline can compare it with the hands-on service and any extra rentals.
02
A consultation with a takeaway
The occupied-home walkthrough includes verbal advice followed by a personalised recap with visuals. Its separate hands-on service uses the seller's furniture in the main rooms and identifies additions needed before photographs.
03
An empty-home proposal
For vacant staging, the company describes a custom scope covering furniture and accessory rental, vendor coordination, installation and removal. Request the initial rental period and extension costs with your room plan.
