The Process


To get a FREE vacant home staging quote, give us a call at 770-771-4562 or fill out the online form. All contracts are sent via email and signed inside the email sent. In order to secure an install date, 50% is due if staging date is more than a week out. 100% is due if within the 7 day time frame.


Once your install date is scheduled, our experts will preview your property and create a cohesive design plan. In some instances, we will be able to digitally preview the property if you send pictures and video of the property along with room measurements.


The staging installation process typically takes 2-4 hours depending on the size of the home. Your property will be “showcase” ready that very day, allowing you to schedule a photographer the same day as the install.

Move out

We recommend keeping your property staged through contingencies. Once the process is complete, we will schedule a move out day. There are no hidden fees, the move out cost is factored into your initial quote.
