Ooh La La Home Staging owns a thorough inventory collection of quality furnishing that allows for your luxury property to show at it’s best. This means we don’t have to chase down product for your property and our turnaround time to stage is 3-5 days from signing the contract. We are very efficient in our processes which means your property will be staged and ready for photos by 2PM on day of staging.

Our Process

• Gather your information via a call to you/from you to discuss your needs in detail.
• Send out via email a contract for previewing your property (price for this will be applied to your final staging bill if you select us to do your staging)
• Our stager will come out to preview the property and measure each room to make sure that we are accurate in the space planning of your luxury property. We take note of all special architectural features, views, and finishes of the home.
• Your stager then comes back to our office to place your staging on our schedule and starts planning out every detail of your staging. We will showcase the home’s fundamental features, instilling just the right amount of space and balance to help buyers envision themselves living in the home.
• Our team arrives day of staging by 10AM to start our staging process. We ask that only our team be in the home during staging so that our time is not interrupted to ensure we have your home ready by 2PM for photos.
